Orders and Shipping

How can I place an order?
A: To place an order, simply browse our products, select the items you wish to purchase, choose your size and color, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, click on the cart icon and proceed to checkout.

Can I track my order?
A: Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, while express shipping takes 2-3 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
A: At the moment no. However, as we continue to expand we may begin to do so! Should you wish to further enquire for an international order, please email us at hello@spottybeast.com, we will do our best to accommodate your request! 


Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. Please visit our returns page for detailed instructions.

How do I return an item?

Can I exchange an item?
A: Yes, we offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. Follow the return process and specify that you would like an exchange.
